Hi,
I just bought a new 9360 and I have 2 problems that I just cant solve:

1. I have no wi-fi options in my "Manage Connections" menu.
2. I can't watch any videos on the web (I can easily watch videos that were downloaded to my device but not to stream videos on-line). I always get an error the second the player starts.

I will appreciate any kind of help. Thanks!!!!

have you tried updating the OS software on the phone???

I have the 9630 tour blackberry (this is why I'm in the wrong forum and that's also solves the wi-fi problem - I just don't have it on my device).
Though I still can't find a solution to the streaming problem (I have the most updated OS as much as I know).
