    I have located the IMEI #, model # ; what else do I need to unlock my blackberry curve 9320?

    I didn't need anything but the IMEI number to unlock mine. You also need to provide the name of the carrier the phone is currently locked to. I found I had to ignore the last two digits (only the first 13 of 15 digits could be entered).
