    New theme builder is out: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Themes & Animated Graphics

    Only for Windows though. The video at the site shows some new features.

    Somebody already did for the Tour. Just the stock theme with the new transitions. Works on 9700 also, and I assume the 8900
