The problem with the price is that this is made with a very early beta version of the theme builder. At some point you can expect it to cause issues on your phone.

It will display any new messages you have received.

Any stability issues so far?

The only stability issue is on reboot. This theme will hang on TMO white screen.

I've identified a few bugs. Nothing serious but enough to make me discontinue using it.
My biggest issue is that before purchasing Jason answered my emails immediately. Since I purchased, I haven't seen a single reply to my issues.
Not recommended.
