Point your browser to the link in the original message. You should be prompted to download and it'll install by itself. Then, go to Options > Themes to select it.

You can arrange the icons according to your preference from the Application Screen, it is ordered from left to right, then bottom to up.

This is a realy good theme you can change the wallpaper and it will as the background for the main menu .good job simple and strait to the issue
