Problems with Plazmic 4.7

Hi guys i'm stuck and need a bit of help, does anyone know of any other place i can download Plazmic 4.7, apart from the actual website, i have tried and tried about 10 times but the download keeps quitting by itself. It's not my connection because i am able to download other files with no problem, it's just when i try to download 4.7.

So if anyone has any other links to get the official release i'll be so greatful, ive made some really good themes to share, but i need the official release to make them perfect.

BTW, what exactly needs perfecting that you can't do with your current version?
