I might have found ur theme lol
But here is the catch: if ur not on OS 5.0 it wont work.

I'm on OS 5.0 so I use Tour themes as well as 8900 themes. This what I found.

The 4th theme down, known as the pure.system II theme, is the closes 2 what ur lookin 4. the theme maker is jas0n. He also has a 8900 version so disregard the OS question. Also heres the link to his themes:
