Dunno where to find it, but it looks like a euro TMO theme.

that just looks like the "Stock" them that comes with the 8900.
It's probably just the background picture that makes it looks cool.
I don't recognize the 4th or 6th icons (left to right)

The 4th icon is for T-mobiles web n walk service i think
I've seen the background here in the 8900 forum not too long ago (maybe last week), but I don't remember where... otherwise it's just a stock theme.
