Great Theme, Love this icons, Nice and Sharp. keep up the good work and thanks for sharing ur work.!
Cheers
Any chance you'll offer this for 83XX Curves?
I went with the similar theme from JayJay but I like yours better because the message indicators are much easier to see. Your red ones are much better than the white ones found in JayJay's.
Also love the QuickLaunch slot idea! I love that app.
It will get to the 83xx eventually
And regarding Jayjay's 'version', I'm not particularly fond of his form of flattery.
I have no QL icon.
I have double checked all the folders and made sure that it wasn't on hide or something.
I do have the little rocket ship though
make sure you have purchased the quicklaunch app before it will work its just a shortcut to the app without having to use a convenience key
X2,000,00 for the 83xx !!
Theme is money in the bank!
Very nice, Thank You!
Oh wow I luv it even more now wit the QL button :)
Just wondering...is anyone else noticing that sometimes part of the M in the time display on the homescreen gets cut off?

The installation went fine, but after installing the theme, I checked the Themes list and it is not there, though it does appear in the list of Applications. I even rebooted, and the theme still is not listed.
What am I doing wrong?
Great Looking theme and I love the banner. Is their a chance you will have a Storm Version???
Thank you,
Kyle
Yeah...apparently this happens with certain OS versions.
Great... no... awesome looking theme! My favorite by far.
I maybe blind by where is the call log??

THEME UPDATE: Optimized some graphics decreasing overall theme size.
YAY! Thanks!
Dl'd the theme but dunno how to set the middle button to weather info? Mine's coming up as calendar.
It needs to be in the first location of the secong line of icons on your home screen. Right where you calendar is now. :)

redzapper,
Incredible app! I absolutely love it. The QL in the right corner is just super handy.
Thank you for the theme!!!!
RedZapper, this is a keeper!! I appreciate your charitable offering for my 8900.
I just wanted to point out 2 separate issues that hopefully can be addressed, if so inclined.
The first one is easy
1) Although this has been offered as a QuichLaunch version, the theme does not display the title of the QuickLaunch application on the home screen when hovering over the QuickLaunch icon. The shortcut works, just no title.
The second issue of navigation may need some explaining.
2) When I scroll up from the first icon on the home screen, it goes to profiles. When I scroll down it goes to the first icon again. When I scroll up from the second icon on the home screen, it goes to profiles again, but when I scroll down it goes to the first icon only (like a triangle). This is fine with me, and no problem there.
From the third icon on the home screen, when scrolling up it goes to the BerryWeather icon, then back down to the third icon only. This is fine with me, and no problem there.
From the 4th home screen icon, when scrolling up, it jumps across the screen to the profiles icon only. I would think that it should go straight up to the BerryWeather icon as well like icon #3. Can this be done?
From the 5th home screen icon, when scrolling up, it also jumps across the screen back to the profiles icon only. I would think that it should go up to the QuickLaunch icon, and have the exact OPPOSITE behavior as described for icons #1 & #2.
When I scroll up from the 6th icon on the home screen, it jumps to the QuickLaunch icon, and then back down to the 6th icon. This is fine with me, and no problem there, but I would prefer the same behavior incorporated in icon #5, to be the symmetrical opposite as icons #1 & 2. .
Bottom line Can icons #1 & 2 go to Profiles, icons #3 & #4 go to BerryWeather, and icons #4 & 5 go to QuickLaunch.
If you read this, let me know what you think. Thanks for sharing your endeavors with us.
PS. I also wanted to share a simple wallpaper with everyone that goes great with this theme, as well as matching my BerryWeather Simple Dark theme.
Yes. This issue came up in the bold forum re: the bold version too. A lot of folks have multiple inboxes and need navigation to go to the today area instead of jumping to the center banner icon.
I've updated the file to make the first 5 icons today friendly - they navigate to the today area. If there is no today area, it goes to the profile icon.
The right-most icon goes to the QL button.
So the only way to navigate to the center banner icon is via profiles or QL.
FYI. I've also made the QL version smaller so please re-download to save some memory space on your bb.
Thanks for the quick reply!
I have all of my email addys set up in the single Messages folder, and my SMS/MMS messages set up separately, so I didn't have a need for 5 of the 6 icons to be today "friendly". Now that I have downloaded the new version, I think I should have stayed with the version I had, because as you state, now 5 of the 6 icons now go to the Profiles shortcut. But that is OK. I do wish there was an OPTION though because I do like getting to the weather icon directly & quickly. Hint-Hint.
But, I also understand the need for you to appeal to a larger audience than myself, and if that was the feedback requests you were receiving, I understand.
I have downloaded the theme again as per your recommendation, and it appears to have dropped a lot of weight! About 200kb's! Great.
It still does not show the QuickLaunch title when hovering over the shortcut icon though. I am gathering that this cannot be fixed?
I really like the the look of this theme, and I think you have awesome talent.
Thanks again.
Not really....
First and foremost, I made these themes for my own use and decided to share them here free with other bb users. (Never thought they'd be so popular!)
Comments by the community here have helped vastly improved the theme to what is the current design. I think it is more accurate to say that most of the suggestions here appealed to me :D so I implemented them into 3G!
Having said that, I'm glad that a lot of folks here are enjoying the theme - thank you for all your comments.
I personally run 3G no weather text w/ QL on my bold :)
how do I get the weather icon?
Well.. I personally am grateful & pleased by your sharing of your personal theme, and you can't beat the price! Obviously, I believe you have GREAT taste in design, because I am using this now also (great minds think alike-hehe). For this reason alone, I wouldn't be surprised at how well received this theme is. What's good is good. Period.
I will continue to watch this thread for any future tweaks you may decide upon, but I am very happy with this build.
Great work.
