    Hey fellows!!!

Wanna whats on your minds to this:

First of all I love my 8900!!!!
Now, I have it almost a year and a half...
So, its slowly time for a new phone...

But Im not sure in which direction I should go!
What I know is, it should be a "upgrade" to my 8900, you know 3G and so...

I would love to stay with RIM, but when I look around, Im not sure...

The Bold 9700 - nice phone, but Id rather take the "old" 9000 (I prefer its formfactor and size) - but the hardware is really getting old...

The 8520, Pearl etc... For me, a step back...

The new Slider? Im not sure about the concept...

I mean when I look around HTC or Palm or so.. they really do great step forwards, look at their browsers, multimedia-ability, etc...
(I first tought, I don`t need that stuff, but its getting more and more important,... When I get a new phone why shouldn`t it be able to "more"?)
For me the new BBs are always the same thing, only with a different backage...
    I`m missing the "WOOOOAAAA-moment (like from the 8700 to 9000)! "
But naaaaah.... I wanna stick with BB... Or not? Hmm...

So what would be your next choise?
    What do you think??

    Best wishes,

    Slash

Next phone will be BB. Which model depends on what RIM releases. Today the 9000 continues to be the best phone for me. In the store I often try out lots of others but nothing does business like BB. I am here to stay for the foreseeable future.

Heh. Same here. I'd like an 8900 with a trackpad and 3G please, and a faster CPU.

I want the 9700 but usually stay 6 months behind so I can get better prices. Why 3G, looks like we're into 4G now.

I am very happy with my 8900. Its my first BB.
Maybe the next would be the new Pearl. I like the Pictures of the 9100.

I really like my 8900 right now and I don't need 3G because I don't live in a 3G area. However, when it is time to upgrade, which I will probably do late this year, I will probably get a 9700 or the new slider if it is out since I really like that.

My last three phones have been Blackberries, but it's getting time to give the iPhone a try. If it wasn't for being limited to AT&T service only, I would have bought the iPhone when it first came out.

My next 2 phones will be the 9100 because I like the Pearl form factor and k/board
and some type of Android device because that is the one platform I have not used.

My next one will probably be the new slider. My upgrade will not be until May 2011, but by then the slider should be out and free of bugs.

Im also getting a little bored with my 8900. I have been looking at the HTC Desire but dont think I would switch from BB until I test that phone out. Would be hard to switch from the BB OS and BB Messenger

I'm looking at a few choices.

9700 - And this is only if the bb "slider" doesn't come out this year. If it will be released sometime this year, then I will get the Slider.

Iphone - And this is only if it's released to all carriers (or at least to Tmobile) and it has full multitasking. But I highly doubt it.

Nexus One - I just need to be able to touch and feel the phone first, before I justify spending $500 on a picture. Also this phone looks like it has too many issues that need to be resolved first.

Storm 2 or 3 - I have been eying this, but it looks like it will stay with Verizon

Over the last year or so ive been through a few different devices.. HTC Tilt, HTC Fuze, iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, BB 8310, BB Storm, BB 8900, and so far my 8900 is my fav..If i could get a new phone right now it would be between either the BB 9700 or some sort of Android device...Im leaning towards an Android phone just because ive yet to have one and kinda getting tired of the same old stuff..Blackberrys are nice but like you said they are pretty much all the same..

I would love a newer version of the Bold 9000 provided BB would retain the size. I find it easier to use the keypad, and just like a larger phone.
