So my Curve 8900 is to arrive tomorrow. I realize it does not have FM radio built in, so, is there a way to listen to for example, wqxr.com via the Internet on the phone as I do via my computer?

I will have the full service from T Mobile with total Internet access.

Always looking for free ware software if necessary.

    Thanks in advance,
    RJL

FlyCast is good too. I think it has more stations then Slacker.

    Thanks.

Seems Slacker is pre-programmed music, and I prefer wqxr.com/ fm. Live with news all day.

Found a site called Moodio FM m.moodio.fm should work:

    from a Crackberry Forum:

"BB Storm Unable to Access Most Stations

    Problem Solved

I had the same problem. Go to m.moodio.fm (not www) and you're all set."

Will know tomorrow when my new Curve 2 arrives. And report.

I've got Slacker as well, and enjoy very much. True that it is pre-loaded music, but it has a great libary, and works well.

Just tried m.moodio.fm and I paused a station while playing. When I hit play again caused the 8900 to reboot. Anyone else have this issue?

Check if you have sufficient memory. If you have many applications installed or running in background, it will eat-up all the memory and moodio wont run.

    Check free memory as follows
Options -> Status -> File Free. if you have 6-10MB free, you should be able to play without any problem. Also check if your BB OS is at least 4.5

Thanks for your reply. File Free is: 125114261 Bytes. Doesn't look like memory problem. I tried FlyCast and this works fine.

    Thanks,
