While on a phone call, is there a way to lock the keyboard using the dedicated lock button?

There was always an option to do this on my previous BlackBerries but don't even see it when pressing the menu button.

Am I missing something? Or is this an OS glitch?

    Please help.

Not sure, but I did see a new app that just came out, which will allow you to do this feature plus some. Go to the home page, and scroll down a bit. I believe it was called tweakberry, or something like that. Hope ths helps.

I just turn on the virtual keyboard during a call, so if i do press the screen in during a call nothing happens. My virtual keyboard is also shortcutted to the right soft button so i dont have to go through the menu to get to it. It works great for me
