    Hello All
    I have had to change my ISP.
    I received my new email settings and the username is not the same as the email address. My email address has not changed. For example, the details take this format:

    email: z@z.com
    username: z+z.com

    I'm trying to change the BIS details but it does not seem that I can change the username. Further, it doesnt seem that I can change my BIS details through the BIS web portal and can only do it on my device.

    Can anyone please give me any advice??
