I love my curve - got it last May. After reading about the Javelin, though, I've become very interested in buying one!

A lot of nice upgrades! Only thing missing is 3G, but that's minor compared to all of the improvements.

I'm not due for an upgrade for another year. By then we may have some very interesting products out there (Pluto or Magnum, anyone?) that I could use my upgrade on. Needless to say it's a tough choice.

Yep I hear that, my 8310 is going to the wife as soon as I get my hands on an 8900.

Well, I can't say I am "patiently" waiting, but I plan to upgrade! I just can't figure out why they are being so secretive about what carrier will get it and when. I would think they would want their customers marking their calendars and lining up!

I'm thinking about it. I'm going to try the Flip 8220 out for alittle bit first. Maybe save myself some money. I have always liked flip phones.

Yeah I definatly can't wait, to get my upgrade. A faster browser without 3G! Bring it, I'm a proud of of my Curve but desperatly wanting a upgrade! Is this the best BB to announce? Only time can tell, but for now let set back and relax and wait for the release for us Tmo customers.

I have no plans to. I got my 8320 in August with a 2 year contract. I'm happy with it. I'll wait for the next generation of BBs. By then, my contract will be up.

I dont know how many of you have noticed that there's no titanium curve on Tmo's website anymore. Yesterday it was there and today its gone. There was no prior indication that they were phasing it out. I dont know if its a glitch or whether they've really permanently removed it from their website. If it isnt a glitch, that might be a good sign for Jav fans!

That happened a few times before actually. It says the phone is out of stock. They still have the sunset curve which sells more than their titanium curve. if they were phasing out they'd get rid of the curve line all together. AT&T was supposed to get the Curve 8320 last month, its still on their list but none of their stores received it...kind of the same thing going on. I think its pretty much set in stone that Tmobile wont get the phone till Q1 of 2009. AT&'T is up in the air right now

I've had my 8300 for 18 months, tried the Storm for two weeks, then the Bold and still think the Curve - even my old one - is the best of the lot. Can't wait for the 8900!

They might be phasing it out step by step. Also, latest update is that today the 8820 has been dragged down to $99 from something like $249 or $299. There's definitely something going on there...usually such drastic drops are associated with the introduction of a new model.

def upgrading...when the verizon version comes out!

The curve is way too slow moving through menus. These devices needs faster processors ala the bold.

I'll be getting the 8900! As a former suncom customer whose phone broke when T-Mo did the acquisition, it has been 3 months since my browser has worked, and I am not willing to give up my 'in-phone' GPS in my 8310 for Wi-Fi functionality that I only very infrequently need.
