    Hi, I just bought a Blackberry Curve 8530 from a Boost Mobile store 3 days ago. It works well when I'm on the go. But inside my house I have very weak signal strength. My phone calls go in and out and usually end in the call being dropped.
    I've called tech support and they asked for my address and said they reconfigured my service, then told me to do a battery pull. My reception is still terrible. It will say 1XEV but I have no bars of reception.
    Is my antenna defective? Is there any way I can have boost mobile replace my antenna or give me a new phone if I didn't buy insurance?

    Boost will not replace/repair your device if you are out of the 1 year warranty and you didnt but insurance.

    But since it is only 3 days old, go in an exchange the phone and try another.
