My Curve 8520 OS 4.6 recently crashed & I lost the theme that I was using that I absolutely loved. I think it was called a today plus theme because it automatically displayed all of my messages and calendars on my home screen. So, I am either looking for that same theme again (I think it might have been precision plus today with calendar & messages) or looking for some other simple theme that we all me to see my messages and upcoming appointments on my home screen at all times. If you've got any recommendations, please send them along. Thanks!

You don't really have to change the theme if you want 'Today' layout.
You can go to the main menu, hit the menu key, and choose 'Options'... Click on 'Layout' and choose 'Today'...

Is your 8520 running OS 5.0? If not, update to the latest 5.0.

Or browse 8520/8530 theme forums you should be able to find something. But Mangcool is right. If your not on 5.0 you should really upgrade. It is 100% better. In my opinion!

Some people actually like the OS 4.6 better than 5.0. I think that the interface and the design of the 4.6 OS is much better than 5.0, but speed-wise, 5.0 is better hands-down. I really recommend updating to 5.0, though, because most apps (and themes) is only compatible with OS 5.0 +.

That's mangcool! I would love to upgrade to the OS 5.0, but I don't know where to download it from. My carrier (T-Mobile) shows the version that I have as the latest OS. Any suggestions?

You can download the latest OS from other carriers. Install it on your computer, delete 'vendor.xml', start Loader.exe and just follow the instructions from there.

    Full instructions on doing that...

You can also download the latest 5.0 from the sticky thread.
