Yeah you can't download unless you donate, which I probably wouldn't have had a problem with if I would have known I had to donate to get it. Plus I can't donate without knowing your email address...

I guess he's not "technically" selling it but you have to donate at least something to get the ota link.

I downloaded the Green Theme and I LOVE it! Icons look fantastic, and change to standard when I hover over them. This will sell in the CB store. Also, you MAY ask users for an optional donation for your time and effort, without going thru the store. This would give the theme for free, and for people like me who feel we should give you a few bucks for your effort. Thanks very much!
