    I am trying to enter my pin to unlock my device and it is set to numbers - I have tried everything to set it to alphabet but am unable to get anywhere - please help!!

    ist it by restarting? 'coz the SIM-lock are "numbers only"

    2 entries: first the pin in numbers to unlock the SIM, then the "device password", that is mixed, you change by pressing/holding [alt]-key
