I wanted one like the biggie one. Where is face shows up when the screens locked and the incoming call screen. Is there anyway to make it myself?

Get blackberry theme builder(can be found on rims blackberry site under software.
Once you have it downloaded and installed mess around with it, move some stuff around change some colors, maybe read a "how to" online.
Now for the specifics.
Go to each of the following sections:
home screen
app screen
incoming call screen
lock screen
Whatever other screens you want changed.
Then at each different screen choose a background picture for each. When you're done moving things, changing colors and picking different background save it and export it. Now pat yourself on the back because you've made yourself your very own theme.
To install the theme just use blackberry desktop manager.
You can also set up an ota using MyBBOTA.com but I can't help you with that one.
