I made this for myself a while ago and decided I could post it up for you guys to use as well.
It's basically just a stock Precision theme with transitions, weather slot(Number 7 in icon list), and transitions.

I'm willing to make modifications to theme if you want something a little different. Donations are appreciated

Navigation:
Scrolling down from the first slot will navigate to the profile icon in the banner. Scrolling up will bring back the dock up.

Scrolling up from the last icon will go to the weather slot.

Wow! What a great theme! I love how high the icons bounce when you scroll over them and I've always loved a good hidden dock. Great theme!

Yeah, instead of a normal focus icon, the icon that you are scrolled to raises up when focused on.

Edit: Just installed. Love all the effects! Didn't know the dock also hides.

Edit2: Not sure if this is normal or not, but I notice when I scroll <-----> on the homescreen the whole dock and weather icon like to jump a little bit.

I've seen this as well. It doesn't do it all the time for me, and I haven't figured out how to fix it as of just yet.

I downloaded this theme from the alternate link because the first one wouldn't work. It downloaded a completely different picture than what you have shown. Why is that?
