Could anyone tell me where to find or make me a Cincinnati Reds or WVU Mountaineers Themes for BB 8530?

Has anyone done these themes for you yet? If not, I'll see what I can do on these. Is there a specific format that you would like for me to use? I'm talking like either Zen (all icons on the left side), Bottom Dock (all icons on the bottom), L (all icons in the shape of an L). These are just a few examples of ways that the icons can be done on a theme.
It may take me a while to get these done because I only have one or two nights a week where I may be able to work on these.
