Theme request (TF2 or CSS)?

I was wondering if it'd be possible for someone to maybe consider making a Counter-Strike: Source, or Team Fortress 2 theme. I've noticed that there are themes out there for games like Bioshock, Halo, and others, but have been having a heck of a time trying to find one for these two games.
