so i downloaded a theme off blueroomsolution and when i finished downloading, it's not under "themes"?
i looked under advanced options>applications and noticed it was there
how do i move it to use the theme?

Sounds like you may have installed an incompatible theme. Make sure you install themes that are compatible with your device model and OS version.
