i have a few questions with a theme i am trying to make.

and if i sound like i completely dont know what im talking about, or if im not on the right track or something, please just let me know.


now, im trying to make an ubuntu theme.

just because i love the interface on it.

i have most of the icons and whatnot exactly how i want.

thats the easy part.




but for some reason my highlighted text goes right back to the same ugly blue from the stock bb theme.

i have a feeling this is because plazmic hasnt updated their program for the 8330.

that and the colors in the calendar are really bugging me.

but i love the colors and whatnot on my stock sprint theme.

so i thought, if i just went in the .cod files of my sprint theme, could i just replace the code with the corresponding .cod files for my ubuntu theme to replace it like that?





also, i have several third party apps, such as jivetalk, facebook and gmail.

i would like to change these icons, but i cant in plazmic.

is there a way to change the icons by messing with files or anything.





please, someone reply with some kind of feedback.

just so i can see if even on the right track for what im trying to do.
