Check out Pimp My Berry! - Pimp Your BlackBerry! I found a lot of free icons there, they also have some tutorials to get you started.

Yup, they are there on that site, called Precision.
There are also icons posted in the posting called Super Icon pack....there are bold icons in that one as well.
