Is the theme compatible with your phone?
on the web site, it was listed under the themes for 8330. which is the phone i have. It is a Jad file??
What type of file was it, a zip, then you extract it from the folder that downloaded, use DM to load it by choosing add application, browse, then find the extracted folder and add it that way, or if it was OTA that means you download it right from your BB, go the page on yur bb, point your cursor then download, an easy way to do this, is email the page url to yourself, and click the link, then scroll to OTA, click..
Once installed, you go to options, theme, it should be there, click on it, and it will change for you.
They also need to be compatible with your OS, if not, they will still show in your app list, but not on the theme section (which is where you change it)
.jad files are ota, and .axl files are zip (done thru DM)
ALso, alot of the sites require you to register, so if youve done that, good to go, you may have to login again on the page on your BB, no biggie. It should ask you to log in, or once you do, redirect you to the page you emailed yourself to get the OTA
OTA is the quickest and easiest way to get a theme on your Berry. Like Rachel said above, the theme needs to be for your device and OS...

Thank you very much, install was successful. I can only hope one day I can dish out great advise like all of you did. Thanks again!! :)
Glad it works ;)
One more peice of advice, alot of 3rd party themes are quite large, so its best not to stock pile them on, what I do, when I find a theme OTA that I like, but still want to keep, I save the email that I sent to myself, (open the email, menu key, save) that way, you still have them anytime you want to install them :)
