Its not the wallpaper. Look at the time/date stamp on each. They are totally different layouts.

No need to apologize, thank you very much for helping. Sometimes these themes with the top banner seem to all be the same but there are small differences that set them apart from each other. I like how this one has the date smaller in the bottom part of the banner and do not remember seeing it posted on here. It kinda resembles themes by peteywhit and KasiCatastrophe but I am not sure.
How come the link you posted here looks nothing like the theme you have pictured above? And I downloaded this theme and it did not look like what you have pictured above either.

Thank you for the W/P! It's been so beautiful here the last couple of days & I just wanted a more spring like wallpaper!! I love the sunny warm weather compared to 18" of snow...

Things are going good....waiting for Spring...these nice temperatures (45-50�) are great, but I'm getting worried there is one more big snow just waiting out there....
