You have to open the zip file and extract the 2 files inside it. You don't add the zip file itself to your bb.

hi ryan, may i ask a favor? i would like to ask for the curve 8900 theme for 8320 device but could you make it 6 icons and make the fonts customize? if you are familiar with the DMB theme that senator made, the fonts are small and the menu is different.. thats what i want i just like the menu style and fonts are small.. could you? i really appreciate if you can do that for me.. thanks in advance ryan! regards!

Hey extrimityfist, I have done many Precision style themes to choose from on page one of this thread and there is even more that I havn't added to the list. They are all user friendly with the fonts. Hope you can find one you like.

Ryan I saw this theme on an old post but it was missing somethings that I wanted. like the calendar and bottom dock. Maybe an extra icon for wheather. but if not the weather is not a must. What I love most about this is the background picture. Is it any way that you can take this image and work with it to make what I want. I love your pink bold that you made for me also. I have it on my phone as we speak.

I noticed on your screen captures that you have text above the time... how do you get that to show up? Is it carrier specific or can it be changed? This might not be the right place to ask but i figure i would give it a shot

The Mini Precision Meets Stock Precision.. 4.5 8300. It's the best theme i have ever had by the way... so cool. I would love to have one with calendar too. Anyway, don't know if you have that in the works or not. You do great work. The text above the time has always made me wonder, hey why do i not have this? haha

Hey Ryan finally got a chance to try out the new theme...love it...

Two requests:

1. Can we move the weather icon to the right side underneath the profile icon?

2. The vertical scrolling...can we make it a continuous loop rather than stopping and starting at one end?

Your themes are the best I've seen! I've been on an 8703 for about 3 years, but I have a Tour now. Any chance of porting your stuff over to the Tour? I especially like the white font on black like the Beautiful Black Earth theme.

Thanks "ryaninfg" for the clarification. I don't know much but I observe that your themes are highly rated.

If you don't mind me asking why are almost all the themes I see for the 8310--not just yours--only designed for the 4.5 version of the OS? Is 4.2 that theme-unfriendly, and does it serve as writing on the wall for me that I should upgrade my OS? It surprises me if so, as I have seen quite a few 8300 themes which, I'd think, would go back even further than OS 4.2 since the 8300 is an older device.

There's actually a couple of reasons for most themes being 4.5. I upgraded my OS to 4.5 on my 8310 and am pretty happy with the apps that I can now use. Upgrade! It takes an hour or 2 but you don't lose anything on your berry, only gain. I also have not figured out how to export themes in plazmic 4.7 to OS 4.2. The older versions of plazmic aloud it, but with 4.7 I don't know how. One last reason is that some themes are a little more advanced then others and require a higher OS to operate on.. Hope you're upgrading right now. LOL.
