I have a few suggestions, can you have multiple wallpapers available that are also available on the 8900? I.e. so we can deviate a bit from the purple.

I have 2 versions of the L theme the first has all the icon underlays the same size, the 2nd has the vertical icons with a smaller underlay. I used one of the 8900 wallpapers so you can see easier the different sizes in underlays...







I prefer the bottom one, what do you think?

They're both fine, the pink flower adds that femine touch while the dark trees in the african landscape add an exotic feel. But I'll tend to agree with you, the larger horizontal icons add some definition to the applications that are most likely used a lot.

I like bigger underlay, makes less gap between the icon. But different size between the vertical and horizontal looks kind of funny. I'll vote for the bottom one since I'm using dark WP.

I'd didn't necessarily mean the wallpapers, but if you look the first screenshot has the icons all having the same size, whereas the 2nd screenshot has the vertical icons being a bit smaller.

Also, I will probably keep the purple wallpaper for now since most people recognize that wallpaper as being the Curve 8900. Maybe later on I'll add a few different ones.

Can you move the vertical underlays to the left Tom so it will have the same gap to the border as the bottom underlay.

I perefer the bottom one as well. Smaller overlay on the vertical row. Tom, you still have plans on doing a Today + theme, correct? Keep up the great work and don't sleep too much.

Here's the version I'm going to go ahead with. I used another 8900 wallpaper to give another perspective on it. Again, I think I'm going to keep the lightning wallpaper as the default because it best represents the 8900. If I can get the wallpaper that comes with the 8900 (the earth one) I'll maybe use that, but I can't find that one anywhere...

Please feel free to leave feedback as this version will most likely be the L theme

would anyone want the profiles icon to be locked at the bottom right position like it is in the BBdimension L standard theme? This would have it being removed from the banner.

Profile in the banner please.. please don't lock it, I usually hide this icon coz you can use the shortcut "F" anyways..
