For 83xx OS 4.5 tested on 8330

I have attached both a Merry Christmas background and one that says Happy Holidays.

The first 11 icons are in order of the main screen apps, the profiles icon is fixed, placed it in the icon list to make the banner look cleaner

The third thumbnail is a gif of the different screen, the first two are the options for background.

Wow, you did a really good job on that! One tip - you can put the wifi meter in the same place as the signal meter. They don't show up at the same time.
