I would go with out the full "U" theme. Maybe try less icons. In my opinion it looks cluttered. Those are my suggestions. And no they don't mean the theme is bad. LOL.

Nice theme!! Suggestion you shouldn't post your phone # on the net though. There's programs to blur out that kinda of stuff but I'm not sure of the name.
