I'm a new BB user and am interested in getting new themes, how do I get them? Do I need to be logged in on my BB to get these or can I DL them and add them with the desktop software? Thank You!!

A lot of the themes are ota (over the air). You would have to use your phones internet to download them
If you create ur own, u can save it as a alx which is the extention for the software where u can use the desktop manager

After that check out pimpmyberry.com, themes4BB.com, and pinstack.com. These sites offer large amounts of free/cheap awesome themes for OTA download and zip download. :)
