I'm a graphic designer and I want to create my own themes. Is there a program that I can use to do this?

I've found a few that are kind of okay, but I am super pickey about things that involve graphics, so I'm going to see what I can do.

Download Plazmic and give it a shot. I did this myself a couple weeks ago and managed to create the exact theme I always wanted but could never find (here).

I've found there are two components to making a theme. The theme layout using Plazmic which is actually pretty easy. In just a few hours, I was able to create my theme using available graphic elements. The only custom graphic was the wallpaper which is a photo I took and just cropped to the correct size.

The second aspect is graphic design and making your own custom icons, etc. This part of theme design is entirely subject to what you are trying to accomplish, and how good you are at it with whatever programs you are using.

I use PhotoShop and I've been a graphic designer for years. Will it give me the option for the L shape and such?

As for the icon aspect: Is there a specific pixel ration I should use?
