having my other applications being deleted or downgraded? When ever I try to install a new theme with DM, my aim/gchat/yahoo/msn, ends up either getting downgraded or deleted. Is there anyway around this?

Many themes offer an OTA (over-the-air) download. Point your native browser at the file and follow instructions. IMHO this is the easiest and best way by far to get new themes and I have blown through a great many on my 9000.
So installing via OTA won't change / downgrade / delete existing apps?
I recently installed an OTA theme and lost some of my most basic BB apps. SMS and browswer gone. Changed themes, they're back.
And no they were not moved to other folders, they were gonzo. I would think themes shouldn't mess with apps / folders.
