Go into "Options" - "Advanced Options" - "Applications"

Let the applications load and then Scroll to the theme you want to delete,

Hit the "option" button and scroll to "delete",

Click - then wait for the reboot menu - click.

NOTE: Make SURE the theme you delete is the 3rd party Theme you want deleted!
Deleting the themes that come with your OS can cause you some problems.

You can't delete OEM Zen themes or carrier themes from the Applications list, they don't show like the 3rd party themes. So no worries.

You can also use your desktop manager to delete files/applications.
