using the withoutweather slot version it's great theme but would you consider making a blankscreen version without weatherslot with everything else the same. that would be fantastic,

This must be an anomaly with your berry. The theme was exported for the 8330 series and not intended for use with any version less. This is what it looks like on my berry:
