    Go to "options" then "applications" once the list has loaded go down to the theme you would like to delete and select the "Blackberry' button (to the left of the trackwheel) and select delete. Once the theme has been deleted the device will ask if you would like to restart now or later. The theme will be completely removed from your device after restart.

    I found a place that suggests the following:

    There are a couple ways to remove a theme from your Blackberry

    1. You can use the BlackBerry Application Loader from a PC.
    * Plug your BlackBerry into the USB slot of the Computer.
    * Load up the Desktop Manager Software.
    * Load up the Application Loader.
    * Click NEXT, then NEXT.
    * Scroll down to the theme you wish to remove and click on it.
    * If the theme does not show up there, download the latest version of the Desktop Manager Software from blackberry.com
    * The latest version auto detects software programs that have been installed Over-The-Air.
    * Click on the DELETE button.
    * Click NEXT.
    * Click FINISH.
    * Click CLOSE.
    2. You can Delete the theme off the BlackBerry Handheld.
    * Scroll to OPTIONS and select it.
    * If there is no OPTIONS, go to SETTINGS, and there should be OPTIONS in that menu.
    * Select APPLICATIONS.
    * If there is no APPLICATIONS, go to ADVANCED OPTIONS, and there should be APPLICATIONS in that menu.
    * Scroll to the theme you wish to delete and select it.
    * Scroll to DELETE and select it.
    * Scroll up to DELETE and select it.
