    I just recently got a new BB 8330 on Verizon service connect through our company BES. Everything was working fine email and cal sync OK. I installed a theme iBlocks that I purchased from CrackBery.com and suddenly appoitments from my calendar were missing and would not synce new appointment from Outlook.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    Eight hours and nobody's posted anything, so I'll at least state the obvious: switch back to your previous theme and see if that fixes your problem. I've never heard of it, but it's also possible that your BES IT Policy does not permit you to install themes.
