There are themes in this section, you just have to go back a few pages. One that's pretty good is the threshold theme. Just make sure you have the hybrid that allows you to use 5.0 themes first.

You have to load a hybrid over the OS. I recommend going to nathanix.com and reading over the tutorial. I followed that step by step and had no issues.

FWIW, about half of the "4.5" themes work fine on my 8330 running 5.0. Search this forum for "Blue Sky for BB Curve 83XX (4.5 OS) 5 options". It works flawlessly on 4.5.

If something is messed up for me in a theme, it's always either the navigation on the main screen being screwed up, or the Music icon being absent (the latter is due to a Theme Builder problem, not the developer's fault).

If you see a 4.5 theme that you like, I recommend installing it anyway and checking out those two things. If they're good, the theme is good! :-)
