Download them > Unzip them to a folder on your desktop > Open BB Desktop Manager > Plug in your blackberry > Go to "Application Loader" in BB Desktop > select "browse" and go the folder where you unzipped the themes > select the .alx file of the name of the theme you want > click "Next" on the Application Loader > Sit tight for a few minutes while it installs.
