I need help with uninstalling youmail off my blackberry curve 8310. in the remove app of the desktop, everytime i uncheck the box for you mail app to be removed, it rechecks itself.... HELP PLEASE.
delete it from your phone under options>advanced options>applications>highlight youmail>bb button>delete. Then go online and cancel your account. It will give you directions on how to disable call forwarding with your carrier. It will be something like dialing ##004#, either way when you cancel online it will tell you. The whole process takes about five minutes due to the BB reboot time
