Hi all,

I having a Real Hard time Playing You Tube Video's on my 8330 Curve. I heard that Opera Mini 4.2 maybe the problem so i deleted it.

Now i am using the browser that the phone came with and still no Luck (sigh).

The error message i get is "the media being played is of an unsupported format"

What can i do to fix this?

Do you have a FULL BlackBerry Data Plan?

Do other data features work?

Are you going to m.youtube.com?

Is your Browser Identification/Emulation set to BlackBerry?

Yes...i have the full BB plan...however, i am not going to m.youtube.com.

Why is that site different than regular You tube?

Try the mobile site. The videos are compressed.

Also, try other videos if one won't play.

Did you check your Browser Identification/Emulation?

Are you getting a FULL 1XEV signal?

Do all your other DATA FEATURES work properly?
