Some ppl have had to swap the magnetic rollers in their replacement trackballs with the rollers from their old OEM trackballs to get it working smooth.
Very nice, it's cool to see that people are branching out & not just blacking out their Berries. There's a guy at work who's brother just upgraded to the Bold so he has his old Curve for a month now he's been "going to hook it up" & get rid of his flip phone, I'm giving it another month before I give him a low ball offer & "flip that Curve!" Already have the color scheme picked I'm happy with my stock one but if I can take one that's been beat up & make it new I figure why not! Plus I've learned it can never hurt to have a back up!
