I have a BB Curve 8330 that is threw the Co I work for. I would like to add a personal account to my BB. So I went to my service provider and setup my personal email acct. Now when i receive emails to my personal acct it also goes to my work email? anything i can do so my work email goes to one icon and my personal email goes to another?
If you go to the 'Messages' screen, I believe it shows you a combined Inbox. But if you 'Show All' icons on the desktop, you may see there is a specific icon for each email account.
All email messages from all accounts will always go to the Message box. You need a third party app to create a new inbox that separates your corporate mail (but all messages will still go to Messages box). Empower BlackBerry HTML Email Viewer. What you want is BES Mailbox. Also available from CrackBerry AppStore. It creates a separate BES icon similar to your BIS account icons. I use it and love it.
