Hi the blackberry i'm using is an at&t brand. I bought an unlock code and put it in and now it won't accept my nextel sim card. It has an id number in the phone and i don't know how to delete it to put mine in it.

Using a Nextel sim in an AT&T phone will not work, even if it is unlocked.

Nextel uses iDEN technology, as opposed to GSM. They are completely different, so you cannot use a Nextel sim card on a GSM carrier's phone.
