I just upgraded to an 8530, I want to sell my 8330, is there a way to wipe it entirely?

Options>Security options>General settings>Left menu key>Wipe handheld.

I believe that this will clear all your info and put everything back to factory default. That's what I did when I got rid of my Pearl.
