I've been wondering lately if there is a way to put windows mobile on my 8330, what would be really cool is to dual boot it so I could have blackberry os as well. Is this a terrible idea? And if not how do I do it?

Without knowing how much memory Windows Mobile's OS takes up, it could very well be a terrible idea, whole lot of fun it'd be to dual boot it if you have all of .0000000001Mb file free...

Haha, I got a bb to get away from WinMo. But it would take someone with deep knowlege of the bb chipsets, memory address and an whole lot of frustration to even get it to flash on a bb. Then you would have to make drivers from scratch for the hardware.

Sounds fun, right?

Having been a long time winmo user, very little would be added to the bb by porting winmo to it. As others have said, my berry is my refuge away from winmo.

I saw awhile back an emulator for WinMo that ran the BB OS, looked like the Bold OS.
