sorry if this has been dislosed already, but i live in the storm forums. but i am getting rid of my storm this week and was wondering if there was any hope for the 8330 to ever have the 5.0 OS. the only thing that im going to miss from my storm is the UI of the OS. it would make me feel a lot more comfertable knowing that the 8330 would be getting 5.0 in the future though
Being as rim seems to release a new os for the 8330 every couple months(.131, .138, now .160) it would stand to reason that 5.0 will be along sooner or later.

Cool. I have an annual upgrade coming up in August so I will be getting the tour hopefully! If its out. But from the research I'm doing right now the tour will be out befor 5.0 will be out for the 8330

Solid? I could tell you some stories that would make your hair stand on end.
Every os ever released for any piece of technology has bugs. Remember windows 95? The 8330 certainly doesn't have the issues of any palm product. I'm just sayin as os's go the 8330 is about as solid as they come.

I'm running on .160 and I have no problems what so ever with it. I actualy think this is the best update of the OS so far. The Browser is really fast. Almost as fast as if I was using Opera Mini (ALMOST NOT THERE YET). But I am very satified with the latest OS Update. I would suggest it. Just my 2 cents lol
