    I have that problem when I try to add by email. Have you tried adding by PIN?

    did they try adding you?

    you should be able to add someone by using their pin number by going to messenger>add contact>use once, press the menu key> request by pin...and then type their pin in...

    is that how you have been doing it?

    do you have a data plan set up? as well as the people you are trying to add. data plan no messenger.

    Yea I Tried My Pin And Nothing I Tried By Email And Nothing.they Aslo Tried To Add Me And I Didn't Get A Message Either. Also I Have A Data Plan And As Well They Do Too. So I Have No Clue Why Its Not Working

    delete the ones you have pending first, try again...if that doesnt work, i can help you try to test it if youd like...

    Try adding them to your address book too. Then try requesting them again. It works for me sometimes.

    Absolutely, the BBMessenger will not work without a BB plan, the PIN messages goes through RIMs servers, not your carriers
