Alright, what's going on? I plugged my BB into the usb cable. Windows XP found new hardware and told me it was installed and ready to use (I've been using the BB for 3 weeks.) There is nothing on the BB, but a white screen when I push the trackball. Then the screen goes dark again.

Menu button does nothing. Back button does nothing. What should I do? Pull the battery?

Now I have a message on the screen: "App Error 510 - Reset". Solution Center says a soft reset is done using 'pressALT-CAP-DELETE'

Correct thing to do? I'm freaking.

Pulling the battery is like rebooting a computer - it pretty much can't hurt and it often solves weird issues.
